Buying bundles

Prices are shown in Kenyan shillings and are charged through M-PESA. The price charged is always the one held in our system at the moment you pay. Bundles are delivered to the Safaricom number you specify, usually within seconds of a successful payment.

If a payment is taken but a bundle is not delivered, contact support with your M-PESA receipt number and we will resolve it or refund you. Bundles that have been delivered cannot be reversed.

Referral accounts

Anyone with a valid Safaricom number and email address may open a referral account. You must verify your email address before you can sign in. One person may hold one account; duplicate accounts may be suspended.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out under your account.

How commission is earned

You earn 5% of the value of a sale when, and only when, the purchase is made through your referral link. The referral code must be present in the URL at the time of purchase.

• A customer who returns later and buys directly, without your link, earns you nothing on that purchase.
• Commission is credited only after M-PESA confirms the payment. Cancelled or failed payments earn nothing.
• Each sale can earn commission once. Commission is calculated on the sale price at the time of the sale.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is KES 100. You can withdraw any amount from that minimum up to your available balance. Below the minimum, the withdrawal button stays disabled.

• Funds are reserved the moment you request a withdrawal, so you can never withdraw the same balance twice or go into overdraft.
• Only one withdrawal may be in progress at a time.
• Every withdrawal requires a one-time code sent to your registered number or email.
• Payouts go to your registered M-PESA withdrawal number. If a payout fails, the amount is returned to your balance automatically.

Fair use

Self-referral, fake or automated transactions, spam, and any attempt to misrepresent Deals Poa are prohibited. We may withhold commission and suspend accounts where we reasonably believe the programme is being abused, and we will tell you why.

Changes and liability

We may change the commission rate, minimum withdrawal, or these terms. Material changes will be announced before they take effect, and commission already earned is not affected. Our liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us or that we owe you.
